Return Policy

We want you to love your Nauti Boy gear. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear

  • Returned with any original packaging or tags, if applicable

Basically, if it looks like it already survived a boat day, we probably can’t take it back.

Non-Returnable Items

Because some products are made specifically for you, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Final sale items

  • Stickers, decals, or magnets once used or removed from packaging

  • Items damaged from normal wear, washing, or customer use

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help fix it.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If we messed it up, we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
